Violation observed: Not social distancing (Complaint called in via the Honolulu Liquor Commission Complaint Line).

Violation observed: Roughly 50-60 customers in groups larger than five, not social distancing, and many not dining and sitting at the bar (Inspection was based on an anonymous complaint of large groups and no social distancing every Monday at this licensed premises).

Violation observed: Alcohol being consumed on the premises by customers after 2200 hours (Violation observed during a routine after-hours compliance inspection).

The above establishments were cited under HRS 281-38. The Honolulu Liquor Commission will continue to take action against those licensees who violate the conditions set forth in the Mayor’s Emergency Order 2020-24.
