The above mentioned liquor licensed establishments were cited under HRS 281-38 Condition of Licenses. The 24-hour shut down executed by the Honolulu Liquor Commission is done to allow the liquor licensed establishments to take corrective actions, and to conduct training for their employees in order to avoid further violations of the Mayor’s Emergency Orders.
The Honolulu Liquor Commission strongly encourages all licensees to read and follow the conditions and restrictions set forth in the Designated Businesses and Operations – Tier 2 Required Conditions as we are taking action against those licensees who violate the conditions set forth in the Mayor’s Emergency Order 2020-30.
