Volunteers pick-up litter at Mō‘ili‘ili Triangle Park

Members of Eckankar Hawai‘i, in coordination with the City’s Department of Facility Maintenance (DFM), are scheduled to clean Mō‘ili‘ili Triangle Park on Friday, May 28, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Under the supervision of DFM’s Division of Road Maintenance’s Mālama O Ka ‘Āina (MOKA) community volunteer program, the volunteers will pick-up and bag litter in the park, located between Beretania Street and King Street, near University Avenue.

The City is grateful to the members of Eckankar Hawai‘i, for their long-term commitment to working on multiple cleanups annually at the park, under MOKA. These volunteers provide a much needed service for all who commute through, do business and live in the Mō‘ili‘ili area.

To find out more about volunteer opportunities, please call DFM’s Division of Road Maintenance at (808) 768-3606.
