Kuhio Highway Detour on Kauai

The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) notifies Kauai residents of a detour on Kuhio Highway (Route 56) in Kilauea between South Koolau Road and North Koolau Road starting Monday, Oct. 25.
