Entire State of Hawaii Under Flash Flood Watch
The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for the entire State of Hawaii through Tuesday night, July 28, 2020.
Watches and warnings are occurring throughout the islands as major rain is expected from Hurricane Douglas.
A watch means flash flooding could occur. A warning means flooding is imminent.
There was a small landslide on Highway 19 near mile 15 on the Big Island which has been cleared away. All roads on the island are now open.
