Kapālama Hale Parking Concession Set to Begin

The City and County of Honolulu Department of Facility Maintenance has engaged Diamond Parking Service to begin operating a concession for Kapālama Hale parking beginning Monday, July 6.

An attendant will be on-duty Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to ensure parking is available for people accessing services and conducting business at the Satellite City Hall, Driver Licensing Center, and City offices at Kapālama Hale.

Parking validation is available when conducting business at Kapālama Hale at a discounted rate of $0.75/half hour for the first 4 hours. After the 4-hour allowance with validation, and for people parking without validation, the parking rate is $2.00/half hour. This parking rate is established by Revised Ordinances of Honolulu (ROH) Section 15-23, Off-Street Parking.
