More drive-thru COVID-19 testing on Oahu

The City and County of Honolulu is pleased to announce it is supporting more drive-thru COVID-19 testing this weekend. Testing will be made available to those without insurance. Today marks one month since the state’s mandatory 14-day self-quarantine started for all passengers arriving in Hawaii from out of state. Yesterday, April 22, 2020, Hawaii air arrivals totaled 421 people including 109 visitors and 166 residents. Oahu parks to reopen Saturday for exercise activities

Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell announced today that City parks will be reopening for designated exercise activities beginning Saturday, April 25. These designated exercise activities only include: walking, jogging, running, and bicycle riding. Hawaii death toll rises to 12

Two men who were 65 years old or older, died from the COVID-19 coronavirus bringing the Hawaii death toll to 12. Both men had underlying health conditions with one man on the island of Oahu and the other on Maui. The man on Oahu was hospitalized in late March.
