Two New Cases of COVID-19 Reported One (1) O‘ahu resident and one (1) Hawai‘i island resident diagnosed with coronavirus brings the state to total of 606 since Feb. 28, 2020. Ige dictates Crisis Response and 4 Mayors are not happy

Hawaii Passenger Arrivals By Air

HONOLULU – Yesterday, 467 people arrived in Hawaii including 118 visitors and 155 residents. During this same time last year, nearly 30,000 passengers arrived in Hawaii daily, including residents and visitors. The state’s mandatory 14-day self-quarantine started on March 26th for all passengers arriving in Hawaii from out of state. Oahu parks to reopen Saturday for exercise activities

Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell announced today that City parks will be reopening for designated exercise activities beginning Saturday, April 25. These designated exercise activities only include: walking, jogging, running, and bicycle riding. Tenth COVID-19 Death Reported The State extends its condolences to the family and friends of the adult male visitor who is the 10th death in Hawai‘i associated with COVID-19. Hawaiian Airlines brings 2 million needed face-masks from China to the Aloha State

McDonald’s COVID-19 Cluster Investigation in Kona

A cluster of COVID-19 cases involving 7 lab-confirmed employees at McDonald’s locations at both Kona Commons and Walmart in Kailua-Kona has been recently identified and that number may change as the investigation into the primary case and their contacts continues by DOH. Mandatory to wear a mask on Oahu as of Monday: Some exceptions
