Hawaii Island Vacation Rentals, B&B and timeshare must close as of Monday

Hawaii County Mayor Harry Kim has announced all vacation rentals, bed and breakfasts and timeshares must close down and stop advertising beginning Monday to minimize the spread of COVID-19. The county’s emergency rule will remain in effect until April 30 or until it is terminated by Kim. 6 COVID-19 Cases Confirmed on Pride of America Cruise Ship at Honolulu Port

The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) informed the public it has received confirmation from the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) that six crewmembers on board the Pride of America cruise ship have tested positive for COVID-19.
