Still Wondering About Your Hall and Oates Concert Tickets?

The Hall and Oates concert for Hawaii has been rescheduled to April 23, 2021. Current tickets from March and October will be honored for the new date. If you are unable to make the new date, a request for a refund at the point of purchase will be allowed as of Monday, August 10, 2020 for a 30-day time period.

Only ticketholders who purchased Daryl Hall and John Oates tickets directly from the Neal S. Blaisdell Center Box Office will be refunded at the Box Office. The Main Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. 

There are two options to obtain a refund:  

Bring your tickets, identification, and credit card used for the purchase to the Box Office during open hours, OR mail your actual tickets with your name and phone number (retain a photo copy of your tickets for your records) to:  Blaisdell Center Box Office, 777 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, HI  96814. When your tickets are received, you will be contacted for further information.

For purchases made through Ticketmaster, please go to: Ticketmaster.com, Navigate to My Account, and click on “request refund” next to your tickets.
